Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.
- Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools necessary for landscaping and maintenance work.
- Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper hydration of plants.
- Assist in planting, pruning, and caring for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds by removing debris, litter, and other hazards.
- Monitor the health of plants and report any issues related to pests or diseases.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed.
- Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
- Experience with operating power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and maintenance tasks.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
