Golf Course Grounds Worker

Join Our Golf Course Maintenance Team!

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Golf Course Grounds Worker to help maintain our course and keep the grounds looking their best for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain turf throughout the golf course.
• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.
• Operate basic groundskeeping and golf specific equipment.
• Assist with landscaping, planting, fertilizing, and irrigation tasks.
• Maintain clubhouse grounds and out of play areas on property.
• Follow safety procedures and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Perform other general course-maintenance duties as needed.
• Early morning start times (6AM) required

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to perform physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, golf course, or outdoor maintenance experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
• Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment is essential.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
