Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional aspects of our grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, turf grass, and general upkeep of golf course areas.

Duties

• Perform golf course maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing etc.
• Operate golf course machinery, hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties to keep outdoor spaces clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance work.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, including fertilization and pest control methods.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment or materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
