Duties
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep the course attractive and healthy
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, aerators, chainsaws, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and turf health
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling of soil and plants, and equipment maintenance to keep tools in top condition
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to protect turf and plant health
- Conduct regular inspections of the course grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Prior experience in golf course groundskeeping, landscaping, or athletic field maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance techniques, and turf management practices is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, chainsaws, and grounds maintenance equipment operation is a plus
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while maintaining attention to detail
- Commitment to safety standards related to power tool use, pesticide management, and equipment maintenance
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
