Diamante Country Club is seeking a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Grounds Crew Member to help maintain and enhance our golf course. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in detailed work, and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Course setup (tee markers, hole locations, signage)
• Raking bunkers and maintaining landscaping
• Operating and maintaining grounds equipment
• Assisting with irrigation and general course maintenance
• Keeping the property clean, safe, and visually appealing

Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Dependable and punctual
• Prior landscaping or golf course experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Early mornings, weekends, and some holidays required
