About the Role
As part of our construction team, you will be involved in all aspects of golf course construction, including:
Bulk earthworks
Final architectural shaping
Fine trimming and detailing
Working from design plans and specifications
Operating GPS-equipped machinery where required
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 5 years' experience in golf course construction shaping
Experience interpreting architectural and construction drawings
Current driver's licence and General Safety Induction card.
Current plant operator competencies/tickets
Experience operating dozers, excavators and skid steers to final trim standard
GPS machine control experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
The ability to work both independently and within a team
A willingness to undertake further training as required
Commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental procedures
Ability to perform manual handling tasks
