Temecula golf course seeks a part-time staff member to work 1-2 days a week in our cafe and to assist in special events.
Ideal candidate is energetic, comfortable in the kitchen, motivated team player, and excels at providing outstanding face-to-face customer service.
Basic cafe responsibilities include ringing up customer orders in the POS system, mixing drinks, making sandwiches, restocking, and various kitchen duties. We also host weddings and other special events a few times a month.
No culinary degree necessary. We value a positive attitude and strong work ethic over formal training. We're after personality, not pedigree.
Our little spot has unique energy, and because we are located within a golf course, there is a natural ebb and flow. We want to bring on an adaptable team member who can be comfortable with the pace of both.
We guarantee $20/hour minimum after base pay & pooled tips, but most employees make closer to $25/hour PLUS cash tips on top of that. Free shift meals, and free golf.
