ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Supervise golf pro shop staff and outside guest service personnel, ensuring that responsibilities are carried out and efficient service is provided to guests.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of golf lesson programs.
• Serve as the instructor for all golf lessons.
• Coordinate corporate golf events.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory control and sales.
• Assist with all facets of golf operations.
• Assist with supervising, managing and maintaining the highest level of guest service.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in corporate events and tournament operations.
• Experience in golf merchandising, including purchasing, inventory control and marketing.
• Experience in staff supervision.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Strong computer and record keeping skills.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of data management in tournament operation application.
• Knowledge of fiscal and monthly budgeting.

• Detail oriented.

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Normal mobility throughout the facility.
• Able to drive a vehicle.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
