What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in golf operations or as a PGA Professional.
Strong knowledge of golf competitions, conversant with MiClub, corporate golf, and member engagement.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to foster a welcoming environment and enhance member and guest experiences.
Strong Commercial / Retail background – Golf equipment & clothing
Oversee golf operations including members competitions, corporate golf days, social visitor golf, charity days and equipment hire.
Manage staff levels, training and development.
Coordinate teaching and coaching programs.
Ensure smooth delivery of events and maintain high service standards.

Manage equipment fitting and retail sales.
