Golf Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
Customer management and tracking:
- Manage customers and their needs and support member/guest preferences.
- Monitor and address issues that will come up on a day-to-day occurrence.
- Plan and execute golf tournaments and events, from small outings to championships.
- Collaborate with departments for seamless event execution.
- Manage registration, scoring, prizes, and logistics.
- Serve as primary contact for members and guests, addressing concerns proactively.
- Promote positive atmosphere through etiquette and rules communication.
- Manage merchandise sales and rentals, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate activity records and prepare daily reports.
- Assist sales team with event logistics, proposals, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support and handle customer inquiries.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and financial documents.
- Strong understanding of golf rules, etiquette, and terminology.
- Familiarity with course layouts, hazards, and shot strategies.
- Experience with basic golf instruction (bonus).
- Proven customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in golf.
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Passion for golf and commitment to exceptional service.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.33 per hour
