LKCC’s members and guests expect the Golf team to be professional and reliable whilst delivering first-class service within a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Golf Coordinator will be a key individual within the Golf Team, assisting the Director of Golf in delivering all aspects of the day-to-day golf operations at Lake Karrinyup Country Club.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar golf operations role within the golf industry.
  • Strong, credentialed and people orientated leadership skills.
  • Member focused personality with a strong service work ethic, exceptional organisational skills as well as able to manage their time efficiently.
  • Excellent understanding of the game of golf, rules, handicapping, competition formats and coordination of events.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for golf and an understanding of a private club environment.
  • Knowledge of the Mi Club Golf Management software is essential.

Full Time hours will be set across the days of Tuesday - Saturday although the successful candidate must be flexible across a seven day roster.
