The Golf Coordinator is a vital member of the golf staff and is responsible for working closely with the Golf Sales Manager and other business departments (Hotel, Group, Catering, Accommodations Sales, Casino Services, and Facilities) regarding golf course membership, multiple play packages, and scheduled group golf events.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
  • Demonstrates the ability to accurately present and meet with event planner/event prospects to market and discuss golf course(s) and golf packages while coordinating with Hotel, Group, Catering, and Accommodations Sales areas regarding the details. Process all the Golf Sales Manager contracts and ensure all group needs are met while tracking deposits and headcounts.
  • The ability to continuously coordinate with client/ event planners to outline tournament details (itinerary, format, set-up, contests, special services, prizes, merchandise, and hole-in-one insurance requirements).
  • Capacity to ensure and assist with golf operation administrative functions (compiles group reports, budgets, and projections, revises procedures, conducts quarterly training, maintains golf course memberships/ multiple play packages database, and utilizes Delphi).


Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • Must possess above-average verbal / written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Previous Golf experience and Accounts Payable/ Receivable and Budgetary process is preferred.
