In this role, you will lead personalized consultations and tours of our world-class facilities, helping prospective members find the perfect membership package to elevate their game. *Key Responsibilities* * *Lead Generation & Conversion:* Generate leads, set appointments, conduct facility tours, and convert prospects into long-term members. * *Consultative Selling:* Assess individual golfing goals to recommend tailored membership packages * *Product Upselling:* Present add-on offerings, including grass tee access, golf handicap affiliations, and lesson packages via the Gary Player Golf Experience. * *Relationship Management:* Maintain high standards of customer service to build lasting relationships with new and existing members. *What We’re Looking For* * *Experience:* 2+ years of successful sales experience (experience in fitness, hospitality, or golf retail is a strong plus). * *Communication:* Exceptional interpersonal and face-to-face communication skills. * *Drive:* Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. * *Passion:* An enthusiasm for golf, sports, or active lifestyles. *What We Offer* * *Competitive Package:* Base salary plus high-earning potential through uncapped sales commissions. * *Perks:* Full access to practice facilities, unlimited practice balls, and discounts across partner amenities on-site. * *Growth:* Opportunities for career advancement within a leading brand in the South African golf industry Pay: R8 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month Application Question(s): * Tell me about the last time you played golf * Tell me about the last sale you made Education: * High School (matric) (Preferred) Experience: * golf playing: 2 years (Preferred) * sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
