We are seeking a *Part-Time Golf Concierge* to serve as a front-facing ambassador of the LoftLinks brand. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in details, thrives in a member-focused environment, and understands that exceptional service is proactive, polished, and consistent. *Role Overview* As a Golf Concierge, you are responsible for the flow, tone, and quality of the guest experience. You will work closely with golf operations and leadership to ensure the space operates seamlessly and every client interaction reflects LoftLinks’ standards. This is a hands-on role that combines hospitality, technology, and operational execution. *Core ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience and Front Desk Operations* * Greet members and guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. * Manage phone and in-person inquiries, reservations, and scheduling with accuracy and discretion. * Execute opening and closing procedures according to LoftLinks standards. * Provide thoughtful tours of the facility and confidently communicate offerings, programs, and policies. * Oversee front desk retail and light food and beverage service in alignment with LoftLinks guidelines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished front-of-house environment at all times. *Golf Simulator and Facility Support* * Set up guests on golf simulators and ensure a smooth start to each session. * Develop working knowledge of LoftLinks’ simulator software and perform basic troubleshooting. * Monitor guest experience during sessions, anticipate needs, and address issues calmly and efficiently. * Assist with club storage, organization, and care of member and house equipment. * Support private events, leagues, and group bookings, including room resets and guest assistance. * Uphold cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards throughout the facility. *Qualifications and Experience* * 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or a service-driven environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural service orientation. * Ability to operate with composure and sound judgment in a member-facing setting. * Comfort multitasking and prioritizing during high-traffic periods. * Proficiency with basic technology, including scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and social platforms. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Golf experience is a plus but not required.
