The Junior Golf Preparatory Academy is looking for a Part-Time Junior Golf Coach to join our team at North Shore Golf Club. This role is ideal for someone looking for a consistent afternoon schedule, hands-on coaching experience, and the opportunity to grow professionally in youth sports.
No prior coaching experience is required. We provide paid training to help you feel confident managing groups, teaching fundamentals, and creating fun, engaging classes.

What You’ll Do
- Coach private golf lessons and small group classes
- Work with kids ages 3–12 in a positive, high-energy environment
- Set up and organize class stations and activities
- Communicate professionally with parents
- Support daily operations and class flow
- Serve as a role model and mentor for young golfers
- 3-4 days per week
- Afternoons only: 2:30–7:30 PM
- Weekdays at North Shore Golf Club
- Consistent schedule with opportunity to add days over time
This role offers guaranteed pay plus coaching-based earnings:
- Guaranteed base pay: $50 per day (paid regardless of lesson volume)
- Coaching pay: $18 per hour for all private lessons coached
- Estimated weekly earnings: $350–$400+, depending on lesson volume
