Justin-Siena is seeking a Junior Varsity Boys Golf Coach for the 2027 season. The school competes in the Vine Valley Athletic League (VVAL) and the North Coast Section (NCS). Candidates must have a commitment to building a loving, inclusive community and to developing holistic growth in student-athletes. The position is part-time and comes with a competitive stipend. The JV coach embraces the responsibility of being a positive role model/mentor for students and as a representative of Justin-Siena High School. JV Coaches report directly to the Head Coach. The successful candidate will align with the head coach philosophically and with the core principles of a Lasallian school. Further, it is expected the JV Coach will help direct all phases of the program including practice planning, conditioning, strategy and tactics, scheduling and budget oversight. The program will be active starting in February 2027 through May 2027. Consideration for a full-time position may be determined based on qualification and formal application process.. Preferred qualifications: ? Three or more years of successful coaching experience ? Bachelor’s Degree ? Understanding of CIF Bylaws and Guidelines ? Demonstrated ability to lead others ?
