Role Description The Golf Coach will provide individualized and group golf instruction to players of varying skill levels, focusing on swing mechanics, course strategy, and overall performance improvement. Daily responsibilities include assessing player abilities, creating tailored training plans, demonstrating proper techniques, and using simulator data to guide coaching sessions. The role also involves monitoring facility use, supporting a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborating with management to enhance member experiences and programming. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland, requiring regular presence during peak and off-peak hours.

Qualifications


  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Golf Instruction and Coaching to train and guide golfers of all levels.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sports Coaching and Golf to apply sound athletic principles and golf-specific techniques.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Golf Management to help coordinate lessons, schedules, and overall player experience.
  • Previous experience as a golf coach, instructor, or similar role, preferably in an indoor or simulator-based environment.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and technology outputs to adjust training plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to an inclusive, respectful coaching style.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
