Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as a Kids Golf Instructor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing engaging and educational golf lessons tailored specifically for children. If you have a passion for golf and enjoy working with kids, this is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of golfers.

Duties:
  • Plan and deliver fun and age-appropriate golf lessons for children.
  • Teach basic golf skills such as grip, stance, swing, and putting in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.
  • Organize and supervise golf-related games and activities to enhance learning and skill development.
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to each child to help them improve their technique and confidence.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all lessons and activities.
  • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's progress and offer guidance for continued practice.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect for others.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in golf instruction and child development to continually improve teaching methods.
  • Assist in recruiting and retaining students by promoting the kids' golf program through various channels such as social media, community events, and school outreach.
  • Conduct introductory sessions and demonstrations to attract new participants and generate interest in the program.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing materials and strategies aimed at increasing enrollment.
  • Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities to establish connections with potential students and their families.
  • Develop relationships with local schools, youth organizations, and community groups to expand the reach of the kids' golf program.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals and techniques.
  • Experience working with children in a coaching or teaching capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with kids.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Organizational skills to plan and prepare lessons effectively.
  • CPR and first aid certification (preferred).
  • Familiarity with child development principles and best practices in youth sports instruction.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate lesson schedules.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants.
  • Marketing and promotional skills to attract and retain students.
  • Networking abilities to establish connections with potential students and their families.
  • Creativity and initiative to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with the management team on marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for promoting the benefits of youth sports participation and golf instruction.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
