As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will leverage your expertise and our proprietary teaching technology to provide personalized, high-quality golf instruction. You will also contribute to daily operations, equipment merchandising, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one golf lessons using GOLFTEC's advanced technology and teaching methods.
- Recommend personalized instruction plans to help students achieve their goals.
- Provide outdoor/on-course coaching when required.
- Assist in center operations, including merchandising and selling golf equipment.
- Perform custom club fittings using advanced fitting tools.
- Build strong relationships with students and promote GOLFTEC programs.
- Represent GOLFTEC at internal and external events.
- Qualified member of a recognized PGA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of golf coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of golf swing mechanics and instruction methods.
- Familiarity with golf instruction and club fitting technologies is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping players improve.

- Competitive base salary: $7,000 - $12,000 per month
