- Previous golf playing and/or coaching experience
- Knowledge of golf rules, techniques, strategy, and sportsmanship
- Ability to teach and develop student-athletes of varying skill levels
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive role model with the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff
- All coaching paperwork must be completed prior to coaching
