Golf 24 is seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic PGA Teaching Professional / Centre Manager to lead operations and coaching services at our Oakleigh East, Melbourne location.
The Oakleigh East centre is a 5-bay indoor golf facility providing members with 24-hour access and premium golf simulation experiences.
The successful applicant will work onsite Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, and play a key role in coaching, member engagement, centre management, business development, and helping shape the future direction of Golf 24 as the brand continues to expand nationally.

Club Repairs
Competition Management
Member Services
Vending Operations

Key ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Customer Experience
Deliver a consistently high level of golf coaching and customer service
Utilise all centre technology systems, including Trackman, to deliver exceptional lesson experiences
Build, maintain, and grow a coaching client base
Develop and implement coaching programs that enhance the centre’s reputation and business growth
Deliver a seamless and engaging member and guest experience
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Golf 24 Centre
Assist with membership management including:
Member registrations
Member inductions
Membership enquiries
Maintain presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the facility
Assist with vending machine operations and stock management
Oversee and promote weekly competitions and member engagement activities
Provide and/or promote club fitting services
Assist in developing and delivering a club repair business model aligned with the Golf 24 brand
Work collaboratively with the growing network of Golf 24 Professionals and Centre Managers
Contribute ideas and initiatives to assist in shaping the future direction and growth of Golf 24
About You
The successful applicant will:
Be a current PGA Member
Ideally hold Certified Status under the PGA ACE Program
Preferably be Trackman Certified
Ideally be advanced within a relevant PGA ACE stream including:
Small Business
Coaching
Game Development
Management
Strong self-motivation and initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High presentation standards
Strong organisational skills
Honesty, reliability, and professionalism
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Remuneration & Benefits
Circa $105,000 per annum (inclusive of Superannuation and commissions)
Full-time position – 38 hours per week
Performance-based remuneration increases available
