Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Golf Coach to join our team at DLF Golf & Country Club. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering high-quality coaching experiences, driving player retention, and working with a diverse mix of golfers—from beginners to advanced players, including juniors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured individual and group coaching sessions tailored to different skill levels
- Develop and execute long-term player development plans to ensure engagement and retention
- Actively coach and mentor junior golfers, fostering both skill development and love for the game
- Utilize advanced coaching technology such as TrackMan and SAM PuttLab to enhance lesson quality and provide data-driven insights
- Monitor player progress and provide regular feedback and performance reports
- Maintain a high standard of coaching professionalism and customer experience
- Collaborate with the academy/team to support events, clinics, and member engagement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a golf coach/instructor at a reputable facility or academy
- Strong track record in player retention and client relationship management
- Experience conducting both group clinics and one-on-one lessons
- Demonstrated experience working with junior golf programs
- Comfortable and proficient in using modern coaching tools such as TrackMan and SAM PuttLab
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant coaching certifications (preferred)
- A coach who blends technical expertise with an engaging coaching style
- Someone who understands that experience and retention are as important as instruction
- A proactive individual who can contribute to growing the coaching program and community
