Part-Time Pro Shop Merchandiser Join the team at The Ranch Golf & Country Club! Do you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to spend your summer at one of the busiest golf courses in the area? We're looking for a positive, reliable team member to join our Pro Shop staff through the remainder of the golf season. Position Details •Start Date: As soon as possible •End Date: Mid-October •24–32 hours per week •Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends •Wage: Starting at $16.00/hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses What You'll Be Doing As a Pro Shop Associate, you'll help ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities include: •Checking golfers in for their tee times •Booking tee times in person and over the phone •Assisting with league nights and golf events •Answering guest questions and providing exceptional customer service •Keeping the golf shop clean, organized, and well presented •Assisting with basic retail and day-to-day pro shop operations •Working alongside our Professional Staff to create a great guest experience Who We're Looking For Experience isn't required; we'd rather hire great people and teach them the rest. The ideal candidate is: •Friendly and approachable •A quick learner Comfortable using computers and technology •Organized and dependable •Able to stay calm in a busy environment •Willing to work as part of a team •Passionate about providing great customer service Why Work at The Ranch?
