The Requirements
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all guests
- Daily promotion and upselling golf events and Pro-shop goods to maximise sales through all enquiries
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail activities & outdoor area
- Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing and stock management
- Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
- Assist with point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functions
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all resort-wide products and services
- Promote and upsell site wide services and facilities where possible
- Communicate operational and management information to golfers as required
- Any duties required by management to ensure the delivery of 5-star service to all members & guests
The Candidate
- Will have previous experience in a similar role demonstrating a keen interest
- Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
- Will be flexible in their working hours
- Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
- Knowledge of Chrono Golf & Light Speed is desirable but training will be provided
- A keen interest and knowledge of golf is desirable
