YOUR MISSION:
- Drive profitable and sustained growth of market shares and create Cobra-PUMA-Golf (CPG) brand-voice at leading Golf Accounts accounts in line with PUMA strategy
- Develop, implement and track mid-term CPG Account strategies as well as yearly targets and KPIs in close cooperation with the responsible Senior Teamhead
- Lead, evolve and motivate the CPG team
- Set, maintain and evaluate commercial KPIs. Regular sales reporting and forecasting
- Gather data insights/trends on consumer, product, price, competition, marketing and distribution process to continuously ensure long term growth with CPG accounts
- Drive and co-create impactful marketing concepts – focused on digital awareness & instore excellence - with internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver top line and market share growth: Improve Brand market share in key categories and deliver growth according to the budget rules
- Drive the go to market process: Organize the way we go to market. Ensure that all sales team have a clear understanding of the Brand initiatives and objectives. Drive execution excellence. Key decision maker in regards to area sales
- Develop key people: Share key objectives and deliverables. Lead sales team in planning account management activities and how to get our Brand message in front of the consumer. Challenge the team to think out of the box and inspire consumer with newness. Lead and drive people towards success
- Set, maintain and evaluate commercial KPIs. Regular sales reporting and forecasting
- Drive desirability of the brand: Manage quantity and quality. Drive the distribution policy. Set clear distribution channel goals and diversify accounts assortment plan
- Establish professional and future driven business relations with CPG customers
- Ensure strong alignment with other functions, particularly Merchandising, Marketing, Planning & Purchasing and Finance.
- Proven positive track record in sales management
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making abilities
- Excellent market knowledge of Golf Business, affinity to Golf and good understanding concerning local retail markets
- Demonstrable social competence, presentation and mediation skills for working efficiently with cross-functional teams
- Goal-orientation, excellent understanding of profit and loss account as well as the ability to set up an area sales plan
- German and English business fluent
