About the Role: Pasco Turf & Tractor LLC / Carts Unlimited is looking for a skilled Golf Cart Technician to join our team in Zephyrhills, FL! This is a hands-on role for someone who loves getting under the hood, solving problems, and keeping carts running at peak performance. If you're mechanically inclined and passionate about your craft, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain gas and electric golf carts
• Perform routine inspections, tune-ups, and preventive maintenance services
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, batteries, chargers, and motors
• Repair or replace brakes, steering components, tires, and suspension parts
• Complete custom builds, upgrades, and accessory installations on golf carts
• Maintain accurate service records and document all repairs performed
• Communicate repair needs and timelines clearly with customers and service staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience in golf cart, small engine, or powersports repair preferred
• Working knowledge of electric and gas-powered cart systems
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a shop environment
• Valid driver's license required
