Duties
- Manage the rental process for golf carts, ensuring smooth operations from customer inquiry to vehicle return
- Lead outside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, promoting rental packages, and expanding the customer base
- Maintain accurate inventory control and perform regular manual handling of golf carts and related equipment
- Conduct product demonstrations and public speaking engagements to educate customers about rental options and safety procedures
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and maintaining rental records with precision
- Oversee maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles, ensuring safety standards are met and repairs are documented
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, phone etiquette, and professional interaction at all times
- Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or automotive rental industry roles with a focus on customer engagement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle inventory management and control efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and basic retail math
- Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely and perform manual handling of heavy equipment when necessary
- Experience in public speaking, negotiation, and phone communication to foster positive relationships with clients and partners
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and inventory management systems is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks and record keeping
