We are seeking Golf Cart Mechanics for our company servicing The Villages, FL. The primary responsibilities of this role are going out to customer homes and diagnosing and troubleshooting golf carts, performing maintenance/repairs and communicating with customers at their homes.
The expectation is that employees work an 8 hour day Monday-Friday, but hours may be shorter in the slow season and longer in the busy season.
Must be reliable and have your own tools. We will provide only a basic set of tools if you do not have your own.
Job Duties Includes:
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

We are seeking Golf Cart Mechanics for our company servicing The Villages, FL. The primary responsibilities of this role are going out to customer homes and diagnosing and troubleshooting golf carts, performing maintenance/repairs and communicating with customers at their homes.

Job Duties Includes:
- Receive a daily schedule of maintenance, repair, or pickup/delivery customers and drive to the customer locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and/or repairs, including belts, brakes, clutches, etc.
- Communicate with home base any cart or customer issues.
- Provide friendly customer service to an elderly customer base.
- Suggest additional service work and accessories as appropriate.
- Load, secure, and offload golf carts from a utility trailer.
- Drive a truck and trailer safely and without incident.
- Proven experience as a small machine or golf cart mechanic or in a similar role.
- Understanding of diagnosing and maintaining golf carts, specifically Yamaha.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to take direction and changes on the fly.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have valid driver’s license, and clean driving record.
- Applicant must have their own mechanic’s tool (drill, impact, sockets, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to work in the hot Florida climate and lift up to 50 lbs
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
