Purpose of the role
Transport members of the public by golf cart between the secure parking area and the Nine Yards entrance, providing a warm, professional welcome and a light concierge-style service.
Duties & Responsibilities Key responsibilities
- Drive visitors safely and carefully between the secure parking area and the entrance.
- Operate the golf cart responsibly at all times, including basic daily checks (battery/charge, tyres, cleanliness) and reporting any faults.
- Greet visitors in a friendly, polite and professional manner.
- Provide a basic concierge service – directions, general information about the venue, and assistance with bags or mobility where needed.
- Be a positive first and last impression of Nine Yards for every visitor.
- Valid driver’s licence and a confident, careful driving style.
- Well-presented and well-dressed – this is a front-of-house, guest-facing role.
- Polite, friendly and service-oriented; comfortable engaging with the public.
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability on weekends and public holidays.
- Prior hospitality, concierge or customer service experience an advantage.
