Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by assisting customers with their carts and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart storage area
- Retrieve and sanitize carts as needed throughout the day
- Assist golfers with golf clubs and loading them into customers' vehicles
- Monitor and manage cart availability to ensure customers have access to carts at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a golf course or customer service is preferred
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure carts are clean and organized for customer use
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
