Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide directions and basic golf course information.
- Prepare, clean, organize, and maintain golf carts.
- Load and unload golf bags when appropriate.
- Assist golf professionals and management with daily operations.
- Pick up and collect driving-range balls safely and efficiently.
- Wash and rotate range balls.
- Organize range baskets.
- Maintain tee lines, mats, and turf areas.
- Set up and break down the driving range.
- Keep the driving range and surrounding areas clean and organized.
- Empty trash and maintain overall site cleanliness.
- Monitor and report safety hazards.
- Secure equipment and facilities as needed.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Follow company appearance and uniform standards.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Friendly and professional personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of golf and golf course operations preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
