- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to follow technical instructions
