Duties
- Assist golfers by carrying or transporting their clubs, providing guidance on course layout, and offering friendly support throughout the game.
- Welcome guests and participants, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed about event schedules and activities.
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism, addressing questions about the course, event procedures, or amenities.
- Support event logistics by setting up equipment, managing registration areas, and coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Enforce safety protocols during outdoor activities, including manual handling of equipment and adherence to health guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions for merchandise sales or food and beverage services using POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Provide first aid or CPR if necessary, maintaining safety standards and assisting in emergency situations promptly.
- Previous experience in events management, hospitality, retail sales, or outdoor work environments is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in public speaking roles.
- Experience working with children or in entertainment settings such as theater or resort environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocols including CPR, first aid certification, and manual handling procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling throughout the day.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and guest service excellence.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with excellent conflict management skills to handle any onsite issues professionally.
