GetCaddie is building a caddie team in the Oklahoma City market, and we’re looking for reliable, professional individuals ready to earn on their own schedule. This is flexible 1099 gig work—you choose when you work and the rate you charge, we provide the training and connections to golfers.
No golf experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything you need to know—from basic etiquette to on-course professionalism. What matters most is your attitude, communication, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Carry golf bags and provide assistance to players during their rounds.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on club selection and course strategy.
- Maintain an understanding of the golf course layout, including hazards and greens.
- Ensure that golfers have all necessary equipment and supplies throughout their game.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to players' needs.
- Assist with any requests from players, including food and beverage orders if applicable.
- Uphold the standards of the golf course by maintaining cleanliness and organization in designated areas.
- Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for golfers.
- Experience working with children is beneficial, especially in family-oriented settings.
- Cash handling experience is a plus for managing transactions effectively.
- Background in hospitality to enhance guest experiences on the course.
- Conflict management skills to handle any issues that may arise during play.
- Familiarity with food service can be advantageous if food and beverage services are offered on-site.
- Public speaking abilities are helpful for communicating effectively with groups or individuals.
- Experience in theater can contribute to strong interpersonal skills and confidence on the course.
