We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Caddies. As a Caddie, you will provide exceptional service to golfers by assisting them during their rounds. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for golf.
Duties:
- Carry golf bags and assist golfers with their equipment
- Provide accurate yardage information and advice on club selection
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of golf carts and equipment
- Ensure a smooth pace of play by keeping up with the group and anticipating their needs
- Assist with course setup and maintenance tasks as needed
Skills:
- Theater: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with golfers in a friendly and professional manner
- Lifeguard: Ability to prioritize safety and respond effectively in emergency situations
- Public speaking: Comfortable speaking in front of groups and providing clear instructions
- Events management: Experience coordinating events or tournaments is a plus
- Guest services: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for golfers
- Hospitality: Knowledge of hospitality principles and practices, including attention to detail and anticipating guest needs
- Conflict management: Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and resolve conflicts effectively
- Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns
- Food service: Basic knowledge of food handling and serving protocols is preferred
- Cash handling: Ability to accurately handle cash transactions, including making change
