About the Role
We are building the next generation of robotics solutions for golf courses and sports facilities.
Our autonomous robots help customers improve consistency, reduce labor dependency, and increase operational efficiency. We are looking for a commercially driven, field-oriented professional to help expand our golf business in Germany.
This is not a traditional office-based sales role. It is a market-building role that combines industry understanding, on-site demonstrations, dealer/channel collaboration, and solution selling.
You will work closely with golf courses, distributors, and industry partners to introduce new technology and convert interest into real commercial results.

Key Responsibilities1. Develop the golf business in Germany
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with golf courses, golf groups, and related partners
- Build relationships with golf course operators, course managers, superintendents, and key decision-makers
- Drive local market expansion and support strategic growth initiatives
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations for golf customers and partners
- Support trial deployments and help convert trials into commercial orders
- Gather customer feedback and communicate market needs back to the internal team
- Collaborate with local distributors and dealers to generate pipeline and close opportunities
- Support partner enablement through product training, sales support, and joint customer visits
- Help build a scalable dealer-led growth model in the German market
- Explain the operational and commercial value of robotic solutions, including labor savings, consistency, and efficiency improvements
- Build customer confidence through practical use cases, value-based selling, and strong follow-up
- Support proposal development and commercial negotiation
- Develop flagship customer sites in Germany
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Help establish strong local credibility for the brand and product line
We are looking for someone with strong commercial drive and real interest in the golf industry.
Preferred Background
- Experience in golf, turf, sports facility, or related equipment industries
- Experience in field sales, dealer sales, territory sales, or business development
- Experience working with capital equipment, machinery, or operational solutions is a strong plus
- Existing network in the golf industry in Germany is a strong plus
- Understands how golf facilities operate and how decisions are made
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers face to face
- Able to run demos, build trust, and move opportunities forward
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build a market from an early stage
- Based in Germany
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel frequently within Germany
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven ability in business development, account management, or sales
- Strong growth in pipeline and sales opportunities
- High-quality demos and trial conversions
- Strong cooperation with channel partners
- Establishment of flagship golf customers in Germany
