Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage service, especially in fast-paced bar, restaurant, or banquet environments, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Duties * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes * Take accurate food and beverage orders with a positive attitude and enthusiasm * Utilize our POS system and other technology efficiently * Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately * Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area * Engage with guests, provide menu and drink recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations * Upsell drinks and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue * Effectively multitask while serving bar guests and dining room patrons simultaneously Qualifications * Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred * Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus * Strong time management and multitasking skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude * Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Basic math skills for handling cash and payments If you are a dynamic individual with a flair for bartending/serving and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
