We are looking for seasonal help for our country club!

Outside Services Staff/Golf Attendants- Pay $17 per hour

Hours: 26-28 per week

We need help from April-October A MUST (3 positions)

Schedules:

• Opening 6:30 AM -1:30 PM
• Mid-day: 10 AM-2PM
• Closing: Staggered starts of 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM- Close/9 PM

This is an outside position. You must be willing to work in all variations of weather. If there is a thunder storm, we cannot work outside. You will be actively on your feet!

The Outside Service Staff will be responsible for ensuring a positive member experience and maintaining golf-carts, golf-cart set-up, range set-up, and debris clean-up. This is a position where cleanliness, professionalism, customer service, and organizational skills are a must!

Job Duties:

• Maintain all golf carts as directed, including rotating, cleaning, and stocking with golf supplies.
• Maintain bag storage area including sweeping, debris cleanup, and organization.
• Maintain a neat and orderly lost and found.
• Daily cleaning of the front of the Golf Shop including sweeping, weeding, and debris pick-up.
• Daily Set-up: including, but not limited to, the chipping green/practice area, putting area, and maintaining golf stock at the driving range.
• Operate golf carts on grounds, including, crossing a public road.
• Clean and detail golf carts, members bags, and golf clubs as needed.
• Staging golf carts prior to use in front of the shop.
• Accurately sign in and out the rental equipment, per golf shop request.
• Adhere to all The Woodlands Club policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous golf experience and knowledge a plus.
• Driver’s license is required, as you will cross a public road.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stand, lift, pull, and work overhead.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
