Summary

We are seeking a Golf Shop Attendant to join our team at Chatham Hills Club. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our members and guests while assisting with retail operations in the golf shop. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience for all who visit our club.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with their purchases in the golf shop.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked retail environment.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Provide information about merchandise and promotions to enhance sales.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure excellent service.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with reordering.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact with members and guests.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial.
