- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and cart storage areas
- Monitor cart inventory and restock as needed
- Assist guests with loading and unloading items from carts
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of guests and staff
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to provide excellent guest services, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations
- Strong public speaking skills to make announcements or provide information to guests
