The Cart Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the member and guest experience by ensuring that carts are readily available, clean, and well-maintained. This position involves interacting with members and guests, and providing excellent customer service in a private club environment. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and be skilled in managing guest needs effectively. Prior golf experience or knowledge not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Retrieve and return carts to designated areas while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Assist guests with their needs, including providing information about the course and its facilities.
- Ensure that all carts are stocked with necessary supplies for players convenience.
- Handle any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary and including supervisors when needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate events and ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Stock and maintain the golf practice facility.
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of the game of golf is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive attitude towards guests and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
