In this role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the smooth functioning of club activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for members and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Opening the golf course as early as 5:30 a.m.
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer support and assistance.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and directing calls efficiently.
- Book tee times over the phone
- Cash/ Credit Card handling
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while providing clear information about club services and policies.
- Light cleaning/stocking
- Proficiency in computer literacy. (We also will train you on our system)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.

- Must be available to work from July 1st through the end of the season (typically late November
- Shifts are early a.m., so must be very responsible as you will be required to open the facility
- Must be able to work 2 to 3 shifts per week.
