GOLF SHOP ATTENDANT

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an On Call Pro Shop Attendant. As a Shop Attendant, you will play a crucial role in efficiently and effectively providing excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks in our shop in ensuring residents and guests enjoys their time at the Mountain Vista Golf Club.

SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly greet residents and guests entering the Pro Shops.
• Assist customers in Pro Shop with merchandise purchases and other duties as needed.
• Assist with tournament organization and check in.
• Assist with creating appealing displays.
• Assist with rotating stock and keeping displays clean and orderly.
• Knowledge of POS System (Jonas) for sales assistance.

· Collect applicable fees from customers.

· Proper maintenance of Tee-sheet as a starter.

· Assist with pro shop inventory.

· Assist with administrative assistance - office supplies, returns, etc.

· Professionally answer the phone.

· Proper use of the computer Tee Reservation System.

· Assist with capture of customer data.

· Reporting for work on time and properly dressed.

· Knowledge of Residents and clubs at Mountain Vista Golf Club, i.e. Men’s 18, Lady’s 18, Niner’s, Putters, etc.

• Maintain accurate timekeeping records on the Time Log and the clock.
• Attend Staff Meetings.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Pro Shop Management.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
