Golf Course Outside Services position Incl: Carts/Outside Services/ Starter / Marshal
If you are a golfer who understands golf and some golf course logistics or have prior golf course experience you are welcome to apply. If you do not have these qualifications consideration for a position is highly unlikely.

Our outside services staff responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Staging carts for morning play, greeting guests and loading golf bags, operating the ball picker and cleaning and stocking range balls, blowing walkways, emptying garbage, maintaining course water stations and cleanliness of comfort stations, washing and cleaning of carts as well as filling with gas and ensuring that our outside area and cart barn is neat, clean and professional.
Candidate must be friendly, accommodating and a team player. The ability to work quickly, efficiently and independently is important. Physical ability to lift and carry golf bags and ball bins bins weighing 15 to 20lbs is a must.
This position requires the ability to bend, lean, lift, reach and walk repetitively in both hot and cooler weather or occasional rain events. The ability to communicate well with management and guests is essential.
Candidates may also function as a starter / marshal which includes monitoring play, making sure guests are respecting and following golf course rules, preventing trespassers from fishing, walking, etc. on course, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Occasional morning and primarily late day shifts available. A morning shift may start between 6:00 to 7:00am until end of volume of 11-12 noon but will vary based on volume. An afternoon shift may start at approximately 2-4pm until 7 or 7:45pm based on volume.
