RESPONSIBILITIES:
pay = $15 hour

Though once primarily a summer retreat from the fast-lanes of urban cities, Pendaries is rapidly becoming a year-round primary residence, with approximately 100 full-time residences. That number is growing, as Pendaries is discovered as an affordable alternative to other pricey northern New Mexico resort living destinations.
Pendaries is an association managed by RealManage, a company that specializes in the management of community associations with onsite staff. Our mission is to provide the best possible lifestyle HOA management services to our partner communities by encompassing the Best People, Best Technology, and Best Service reputation of RealManage and its CiraConnect division. The GrandManors professional staff has decades of experience managing age-restricted communities, luxury high-rise condominiums, co-ops, urban mixed-use, and large-scale single-family developments with complex amenities. Full job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain golf carts and other equipment.
- Washing and cleanliness of the golf cart fleet
- Process and prepare golf course fleet after each usage.
- General cleaning of outdoor areas and emptying of trash
- Assist with customer inquiries.
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
- High School Diploma
- Good communication skills
- Independent worker with strong work ethic
