About The Putting Zone
The Putting Zone (TPZ) is the world’s first professional indoor 18-hole, par-72 putting course, crafted to mirror real golf course conditions. Designed for players of all skill levels, TPZ offers a year-round venue to practice, compete, and perfect the art of putting through it's patented game design. With state-of-the-art facility design, a MuZeum featuring one of the world's largest and most historic antique putter collections, premium memberships, exciting tournament and league play, and a vibrant social atmosphere, TPZ is redefining the game—making golf more accessible, fun, and engaging than ever before.
Position Overview
Zone Rangers are the heartbeat of The Putting Zone experience while players are on the course. As a Zone Ranger, you’ll ensure guests enjoy smooth, timely play while creating a fun, welcoming environment. You’ll guide players through the course, explain rules and scoring, assist with on-course needs, and keep the space clean, safe, and lively. The Zone Ranger will also assist in the pro shop to check in players for their scheduled rounds.
This position offers limitless bonus/commission opportunities in addition to an hourly wage.

- Place customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision and action, understanding that without our guests, we do not exist.
- Ensure every interaction creates a welcoming, memorable, and premium TPZ experience.
- Welcome players and guests with enthusiasm, setting the tone for their TPZ experience.
- Engage with players throughout their round to ensure they’re having a great time.
- Provide rules, scoring, and directional assistance in a clear and friendly manner.
- Monitor and manage pace of play to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
- Direct players through the course layout to prevent congestion or delays.
- Perform light on-course maintenance and cleaning to keep the facility in top condition.
- Ensure course rules and safety guidelines are being followed.
- Collaborate with Managers, Caddies, and Pro Shop staff to deliver a seamless experience.
- Communicate guest feedback or course concerns to management promptly.
- Passion for golf is a must.
- Prior customer service, hospitality, or recreational experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills; outgoing and approachable personality.
- Ability to manage groups and keep activities running smoothly.
- Comfortable giving directions, enforcing rules, and resolving guest concerns.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. The facility is open 6am-12am, 7 days a week.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
