Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering assistance and information about the course, shop merchandise, and services
- Manage cash handling duties accurately during sales transactions, including purchases of golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
- Assist with event management for golf tournaments, outings, and special events to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop and surrounding areas to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Provide guest services such as club rentals, lesson scheduling, and answering inquiries about course conditions or amenities
- Support conflict management by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that reflect our commitment to guest enjoyment
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently in public speaking when needed
- Experience in event management or coordinating group activities is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Demonstrated conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively while maintaining positive guest relations
