Job Summary
The Golf Bag Drop / Cart Attendant provides a welcoming first impression for golfers by assisting with bag handling, cart staging, and overall guest service at the golf facility. This role supports daily golf operations while maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and course presentation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet golfers upon arrival and assist with unloading, tagging, and storing golf bags.
- Stage, clean, and prepare golf carts prior to play; return carts after use.
- Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, bag drop area, and practice facilities.
- Provide directional assistance and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with range operations, including picking balls and restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and golf course operating procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry golf bags and equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have a valid U.S. work authorization.
