The Golf Shop Attendant assists in the daily operations and maintenance of the Golf Shop to ensure that the inside components of golf operations are facilitated. The individual in this position will assist the public, golf course members, and guests. Essential duites include the following.

The Golf Shop Attendant assists in the daily operations and maintenance of the Golf Shop to ensure that the inside components of golf operations are facilitated. The individual in this position will assist the public, golf course members, and guests. Essential duites include the following.
- Greets all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operates the point-of-sale system.
- Follows policy and procedures for proper opening and closing of the Golf Shop.
- Maintains an accurate cash drawer.
- Answers the telephone and assist as needed.
- Schedules and ensures adherence of tee-times.
- Maintains accurate sales of inventory items in the Golf Shop.
- Maintains accuracy of customer database.
- Upsells merchandise and memberships.
- Assists in enforcing all course rules and regulations.
- Assists Golf Course Cart Attendant(s) when available.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
