*Overview* Oak Hills Golf Course is seeking a friendly, dependable Part-Time Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members and guests while assisting with the day-to-day operation of the golf shop. This is a part-time, hourly position paying $12–$14 per hour. Weekend and holiday availability may be required. DUTIES * Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. * Check in golfers and collect green fees, cart fees, and other charges. * Operate the foreUp POS and tee-sheet system and handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately. * Answer phones, book tee times, and assist customers with questions about the course. * Sell golf merchandise, snacks, beverages, and other golf-shop items. * Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and properly stocked. * Assist with tournaments, outings, and other golf-course events as needed. * Communicate with cart staff, management, and other employees to help keep daily operations running smoothly. * Perform other golf-shop duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS * Friendly, dependable, and able to work well with the public. * Strong communication and customer-service skills. * Basic computer and math skills. * Ability to handle cash and credit-card transactions accurately. * Golf-course, retail, or POS experience is helpful but not required. * Basic knowledge of golf is preferred. * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. * Availability for some weekends and holidays is important.
